Hotel Rate: $205.00 / night, not including taxes.  A limited number of rooms have been reserved at a conference rate.  A link for discounted hotel room registration will be provided in your emailed conference registration receipt.

Corporate Member

Corporate partner members must maintain employment with an appropriate higher education partner. The corporate member should work with the committee to ensure that there is a diverse cross section of industry merchants. Also, he/she should ensure that all Corporate Partners agree to support PacWest SFS by assisting the committee with development and marketing. In addition, the corporate member must attend monthly conference calls and the annual conference, as well as provide assistance with projects as needed.

Hotel Amenities you can enjoy during your stay: Self-parking at a rate of $10 a day.

Meals

Meals/breaks are included as part of your conference registration. Wednesday: breakfast, lunch, breaks, and dinner. Thursday: breakfast, lunch, breaks, and evening on your own to enjoy downtown Santa Barbara or just relax!  Friday: breakfast, morning break.  

Guests

Guest registration is available to conference attendees and corporate partners. The $150 guest cost includes access to: Wednesday wine reception and dinner; Thursday wine reception. Guests will be required to wear their name badge in order to gain entrance. Please understand that guest are not permitted during conference meals (breakfast/lunch) as this is a business event.

Gold Partnership - $4,500

  • Three corporate attendees - a maximum of two additional attendees can be added at checkout for $525 each

Setup and Breakdown Info

  • Table/booth setup: Tuesday, May 14th, 4pm to 9pm
  • Table/booth breakdown: Thursday, May 16th, after 5pm

Give-aways

Corporate partners should limit give-aways to a total of $100 for the conference.
