This year's conference held May 16 - 18 at the Marriott CSU Fullerton was a huge success and our members and guests made the difference.
Approximately 120 people attended the conference this year despite limited budgets in the difficult economy. Excellent information and ideas were shared; the conference steering committee is already starting the planning for next year’s conference. This years agenda included topics such as the FACT Act, The Ease of Imaging, e-Refunds, Collection updates. best practice panel discussions, PCI Compliance, Money Management, Financial Literacy and more.
