Vice President
The Vice President of PacWest SFS serves as a key support role to the President, assisting in various organizational duties and ensuring continuity of leadership within the Steering Committee. The Vice President steps into the President’s responsibilities in the event of their absence or incapacity, ensuring that PacWest SFS maintains strong leadership and operational stability.
Key Responsibilities:
Support to the President:
- Actively assist the President in fulfilling their duties, including leading organizational initiatives, overseeing meetings, and supporting strategic planning efforts.
- Participate in discussions and decisions that align with the goals of the Executive Board and the Steering Committee.
Assume Presidential Duties When Needed:
- Step into the President’s role in their absence or if they are unable to fulfill their duties.
- Ensure smooth continuity of leadership and uphold the organization's vision and mission.
Requirements:
- Experience in higher education or related fields.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the President, Executive Board, and Steering Committee.
This position is integral to maintaining the effective functioning of PacWest SFS and requires commitment, adaptability, and a proactive approach to leadership.
