C* | 2:15 - 3:15 | Title IV Refunding via Financial Aid You think you are done, your student receives their Title IV refund from the college and you later learn they stopped attending. Financial aid funds are awarded to a student based on the assumption that a student will attend the entire period for which aid is awarded. Under the federal regulations, schools are required to return Title IV financial aid when a student withdraws or receives a failing grade. This session will cover both Title IV refunding to the student and return of federal aid funds based on attendance.
